Digital Literacy Drives Change in Hazaribagh

By Dr. Amla Rana Oct 12, 2025 4 min read

The digital divide remains one of the most pressing challenges in rural India. In Hazaribagh, our new digital literacy program has transformed the lives of over 200 young women in just three months. By providing access to computers and the internet, we are opening doors to global knowledge and employment opportunities.

Students are learning basic computer operations, internet browsing, and office productivity software. Many are already utilizing these skills to support their families' small businesses, helping with accounting and online marketing. The enthusiasm and quick learning curve of these young women are a testament to the untapped potential in our villages.

We plan to expand this program to five more villages by the end of the year. Our goal is to ensure that no young person is left behind in the digital age. Your support makes initiatives like this possible, bringing practical, life-changing education directly to those who need it most.
